The "Account Page" element can only be added to the WooCommerce Account Page.

The WooCommerce Account Page is currently set to "我的帐户" (ID: 32).

Set the WooCommerce Account Page in the WP admin at WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page Setup.
